Catherine holds both a degree in Corporate Law (2002) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (2003) from the National University of Ireland, Galway. Catherine trained with Joynt & Crawford and qualified as a Solicitor in 2008.
Catherine returned to Joynt & Crawford in July 2013 and her work at present primarily consists of all aspects of property law including residential and commercial conveyancing and perfection of mortgages for both commercial and private clients.
Catherine has experience in various other practice areas including debt collection, litigation and employment law. Catherine also holds a Law Society Diploma in Commercial Litigation (2009) and a Law Society Diploma in Employment Law (2010).
Sinead studied law in UCC, graduated with a BCL in 1990 and an LLB in 1991. She qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and joined the firm in 1996. Since then her practice primarily involves civil litigation and family law.
Sinead has comprehensive experience in personal injuries cases, medical negligence, and disputes representing either plaintiff or defendant, private or business related, ranging from minor disputes to substantial litigation.
The main areas of her family law practice include pre-marriage legal advice, co-habitation and non-marital relationships, recognition of foreign divorces, separation, divorce and related proceedings through the courts, where necessary. Sinead is very proficient at negotiating detailed settlements, employing a constructive approach where possible.
Darragh joined Joynt and Crawford as a trainee in 2009 and qualified in 2011.
Darragh practises primarily in the areas of debt collection, conveyancing and probate. He also has experience in commercial property and represents several clients in licensing matters.
Eileen is a graduate of University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Civil Law Honours degree (BCL) (2006) and a Masters of Laws in Commercial Law (LLM) (2007). She joined the firm as a trainee in April 2010 and spent a significant part of her traineeship working in the areas of property and litigation.
Eileen qualified in April 2012 and now specialises in debt recovery and enforcement. She advises institutional clients on a range of issues including security and enforcement strategies.
Sibéal studied at the National University of Ireland Galway graduating with a degree in Corporate Law in 2005 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2006. She qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and joined the firm in 2012.
At present Sibéal is primarily engaged in commercial litigation but has experience in a range of areas of litigation including family law.
David graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway with an honours degree in Corporate Law in 2006 and Bachelor of Laws in 2007. He trained with the firm and qualified in 2013.
David currently practises in a variety of areas including residential and commercial conveyancing, company law, commercial law and probate.
